3 Bedroom Designer Home w/ Views, Priv Rooftop, AC

Nice place in a convenient location to downtown.

Very nice unit. Well appointed with excellent beds and linens. Great views from the rooftop area of Lake Union, the Space Needle and Downtown. AC worked and was easy to operate. However, one of the small bedrooms has no AC. Showers and hot water excellent. Check-in very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Super easy access to I-5 and quick access to the capital hill area by side streets. Neighbors and neighborhood very good. Close to I-5 but no noise noticed while inside the unit. The pull-in garage was convenient and added a feeling of security. General security was good with appropriate deadbolts, etc. The unit is five stories so allot of stairs but that was expected. A few small items like trim not painted, missing outlet covers, personal items in drawers and not much closet space in the master were the only tiny issues. Overall great place...would stay again for sure!

Was very nice townhouse, perfect for 3 couples. We stayed with family to attend a wedding and festivities for the weekend, really great location, great breakfast place, 14 Carrot, the best!Unit was very nice had everything you might want and more! Comfy beds, upgraded amenities, beautiful rooftop space.Lots of steps, so be prepared for that. We would definitely come again!

Despite the high reviews, the condition and noise were very, very disappointing. While the rooftop views are incredible, the area is in bad shape with deteriorating cabinets and the nearby construction noise was intolerable as the loud banging and heavy machinery disrupted any tranquillity from sunrise to sunset EVERY DAY. Forget good sleep, & wake up to nightmares from the awful sounds. We were never warned! One of 2 showers had a slow drain, so you’re standing in ankle deep water and have to continually turn the water on/off to keep from leaking onto the floors. The kitchen also has unsightly warped cabinets from some old water damage. And there are so many stairs to tread between the 3 floors. I’ve used VRBO for over 20 years, and this is in the top 10 worst for a family trip!

So comfortable, an enjoyable stay. Close to all attractions.
